Search predicted results
The prediction page mainly displays the predicted results on pan-cancer mutations. When users enter the transcript ID (ENST ID) or gene symbol, a dynamic graphical interface will be presented to display the prediction results in heatmap by different colors from NetMHCpan 4.0 and HLAthena, respectively.
